cystitis with dry/gritty throat

I have an ongoing problem that pops up on a regular basis when I am run down/stressed/dehydrated/drink too much tea or alcohol.

My particular type of cystitus doesn't burn when I pee but it does make me need to go more frequently and is unfortable. Just realised that more often than not at the onset I have a dry/gritty (not sore) throat. Could be a link. Also I get a swelling in my throat when run down which is quite disgusting as it goes down.

Any ideas of what I could try?

For the Cystitis you could try 'Waterfall D-Mannose' it worked really well for me. As for the throat problem, I don't know of any connection but you may want to try out some 'Xylotene'. Both are available online, but be sure to read up about them first and see if you think it will help you.

Wishing you well,
Aine.
