Stroke, Artrial fibrillation and Warfarin

My father of age 81 years got a stroke last Sunday morning (the 22nd July). He has left paralysis in the arm and little in the face. The face paralysis and the swolliwing seem to improve the last days. His mental and perceptional capability seem to not have affected According to the Doctor, the x-ray showed he had no celebral hemorrhage so it implies to have been thrombosis/blood clot and the ECG shows that he has atrial fibrillation. I was adviced of a homeopatic practioner to give him Arnica montana D6 2 tablets twice a day after the stroke. But Warfarin to reduce the risk of recurrent stroke, so stoped give him Arnica montana. His blood pressure approx. 150/128 (I am not sure if have the same system), so the giving him medicine to lower it. He is around 170 cms and 60 kgs. He was active Until the day before the strok. He has a calm and cheerful quite social. But now we have stoped to give him any homeopatic remedy or any of the supplements. The questions are: 1) Due the description of warfarin, Can he use any homeopathic remedy? Can a homepathic remedy increase/decrease absorbtion of warfarin a ineffective level or a deadly level of intoxications. 2) If you think he can use any homeopatic remedy for decrease the risk for recurrent strokes during this time of warfarin intake? 3) Are there any remedy which can help him to recover now with for example paralysis in the arm and face as well as arthritis (he was using Rhus tox, Ruta grav and Lycopodium, which were very good, since the pain came back now)?
Best regards,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For self education and to help family members look at the two books from the below site.

Instead of dangerous Warfarin, look at the site below for a natural enzyme which is safe, and does a better job.

Insist your fathers doctor reads the books and scientific studies, before coming to any 'quick' decision.
