Hi Doc,
Long time ...
Firstly my drinking (liquor- I presume)is limited. A peg or two max that to either once in a fortnight or once in a week. Recently only consume in water. Stopped all the colas etc.
Food can be a problem .. It aggravates the next day morning after eating the night before. Eating anything gastric or pulses. On 18/01, I ate a potato wada in the evening and night ate chapathi along with spinach (palak). Nothing else. I have observed that any day in the evenings I eat anything gastric, the next day morning I tend to have problems.
I have OK bowel movement, but abdomen tends to be heavy and trapped gas, rumblings etc. Like something being held up at the top of the abdomen or down at the rectum.I need to push on the top or press down the abdomen.
Do I have to live with it or would it be cured with the meds I am taking.
Do also tell me when to cut off the medicines I am taking.
Over all I shud say it is much better than when we started.
Gastric foods aggravates but there is something or the other at home. How can I help it.
Thx a lot for caring for me. I really appreciate all the help and trouble you are taking inspite of your problems.

Doc,
This 2 days ie from 21/01 abdomen seems to be OK with good bowel movement.
This week - head seems to be very heavy which includes back. top and front of the head. Sleep also not satisfactory. Sleep breaks up couple of times in the night and have to go to pass urine.
Is it the aggravation of the meds.

Hi,
Today again abdomen became bloated and heavy. Feels constipated and energy level seems to be low. Have been continuing Aloes Q in the morning(before brushing teeth - at about 6.00 am) and Nux Vomica 200 after dinner daily.
Yesterday had green leaf vegetable(spinach/palak) and rotis. Just a query is spinach gastric. This is the second time, I am having a problem the next day.
What do I do? Keep continuing the meds ?

Nux Vomica 200 is questionable.
You should try:
Nux Vomica 30 in the evening and Sulphur 30 in the morning.
If everything fails.
Nux Vomica Q + Abis Nigra Q + Robinia Q Mix all and dilute it with 15 times of water. Take one or two drops 3-5 times a day till you feel better. (I will not classify it a homeopathy medicine, rather herbal) Most of the homeopaths will advise you against it.
People are getting good consuling on this web site but no treatment at all.
Later on get onto Nux Vom-30.
So far this never failed with any of my patients.
You should try:

I for one would take advise from good practitioners - couple of them including you, magicure, Astra, Sabra, John Stanton and couple of others who are contributing to this forum and to top it all is Mr Pankaj Varma. Coz of his recent bereavement, his contributions have reduced drastically. We can understand his added responsibility. Probably a little bit of TIME MANAGEMENT on his part can help a lot of people on this forum.
I for one have been taking his advise on my problems. He would come back to this forum in a short while. I really do hope !!!and pray that he comes.

Hi,
Yesterday evening (2/02/05) was feeling very hungry in the office around 5.00 pm and later on gas started building up in the abdomen and in the evening severe trapped gas. Lots of flatulence. When sat for evacuation white and yellow mucous passed with abdomen still bloated. After a few minutes of walk inside the house felt like bowel movement and had a good bowel movement. Today (3/02/05) abdomen feels bloated and heavy.
Also for a few days my eyes are paining with head feeling very heavy.
What do I do.

Hi,
As advised has stopped all the meds from 3/02/05. Severe trapped gas from 3/02 evening.Very restricted flatulence. Yesterday 4/02/05 had to return back half way to the office. Pain below the rib and felt suffocated/giddy. The whole day was severely constipated and trapped gas. Had yoghurt, fresh lime juice and banana.In the evening had a good bowel movement. Even though after a successful evacuation felt bloated and stomach was like a footbal.
Today was was OK successful evacuation and abdomen feeling light.
I had very good evacuation on 2/02/05 & today (5/02/05) Another coincidence was on both these days had sex in the morning. Is there any relevence between them.
Though today morning felt nauseus and a bit giddy while travelling to office. Pain in the right eye, head feeling heavy, a bit of back pain and pain behind the right knee.
I will get the gastroscopy done shortly.
I have observed that the day my lunch is not satisfactory, I feel hungry in the evening in the office. From then on I get the feeling of gas formation in the stomach and then a burning sensation in the abdomen. On reaching home even though after having some snacks and after some time when I feel like bowel movement yellow and white mucous passes. After a bit of pushing from the top of the abdomen and pressing below the abdomen, there is an evacuation . Trapped gas and bloated abdomen moves over to the next day.
From today (5/02/05) have carried dates to the office to eat whenever I feel hungry.
Hope I have given the recent details what occurs.

You are gradually coming out of the medicinal effects.You have to wait for a few more days without any medicine.

How many litres of water do you drink in a day?Two litres is barest minimum required,and 4 litre is what you shoul aim at.

Another which skipped my mind was, I applied Arnica MT mixed with coconut oil (15 ml to 100 ml of parachute coconut oil- in a post of Mr Joe De Liviera)on saturday. Lots of hair falling. Practically become bald from top. Did not consume meds for hair loss.
Water in a day I consume around 3 litres. ie from morning to night. I dont take water during meals. But after meals/breakfast/dinner I have at least half a liter of water. After dinner I normally have a banana.
Max I have is 2 pegs of whiskey or a bottle of beer. Hangover normally happens when I dont flavor the whiskey or beer. If I have my select brands then there is no problems. whatever said and done it wont exceed 2 pegs. I cut off at that.
As you said I'll try to set the water routine. With the onset of summer now, water intake is more.
Another thing is do I still need to restric gastric vegetables or pulses.
I'll wait for a week and let u know. I just wanted to check if there was any meds for acidity.

Slowly trying to eat pulses, sprouted pulses, potatoes - small quantity - no problems as yet.
Top of head and back of head pain/heavy. Above the eye balls pain persistant. Though sleep OK, the eye pain still there. Hope its not sinus problems ..another fear dad had glaucoma - was operated - I do occassionally check my eye presure. Last checked was in 2004.
Do advise me.
PS. Pls also have a deko of my posting - energy levels (its about my elder daughters problems)
By the way received a mail of Mr Pankaj - he is with Baba of Puttaparthi. Hope he comes back..

1. Pain still persistant at the back and top of the head.
2. Eye still paining. Sides and top of the eyes - in the socket.
3. Right leg inside knee pains.
4. Throat and left ear pain - this happened from 22/02

Hi,
If you check my post(from 14/02/05), it has been persistant just before I stopped my meds.
The head pain is thro out the day..starts at the back of the head and then head feels heavy.
The eye pain is also thro out. even in the night I feel like my eyes are open. Right now also there is eye pain (14.10 hrs)
So far I have not got a relief so I cannot tell you worse/better period.
My dad was operated for glucoma, hence a fear. Thought I wud check eye pressure, they put an eye drop in the eyes. Not sure whether it would upset my stomach problems.
My dad also has the same leg pain and worts on the body.
Leg pain - off and on.

Throat pain - from yesterday.
Another thing - there is a general cold/flu going on. If I get a cold attack can I take meds for it.

Take Gelsemium in 200 potency,three doses,12 hrs apart.
You can give picric acid 200 ,one dose, now itself.
Post feedback after you complete three doses of Gels.

Younger daughter has got the flu. Probably chances are that I would also get. I have given her 2 doses of Bel 200C. Is it correct?
Gelsimium 200C is OK for flu also, isn't it.
Can I also give her gelsimium.
Just curious - I have taken 3 doses of Sulphur 200C. Nux & Aloes are complimentary. Is Gelsimium also complimentary to Sulphur.
