Dear Drs. I want to invite your attension towards some potencies of H/medicines like as Selenium-Q which is not available and cannot be prepared as the Selenium is metel so it can be triturate and it is available Homoeo Stores in 3x (in form of tablets or powder). Please avoid to write so called potencies as the patient may confuse when he/she cannot find out the same potency. If Selenium-Q is available, please provide the address of concerned pharmacy.

Selenium will never be available in mother tincture form.
The problems like infertility and impotency are difficult to cure even on regular face to face consultation , and I am yet to find a case that is cured through prescriptions on the forums.
It perhaps give a kick to these prescribers to be able to prescribe on hearing the name of the problem,but the poor patient leaves in disgust, after spending money on these useless medicines.
Some of the medicines being prescribed here might have been useful for some patients when the totality matched, and that is the reason they are mentioned in the books.
Most of the prescribers would never have cured a patient of these problems in their life, but recite what they have read in books, and feel they are doing a great service to the patient.
A prescriber who has experience in treating these problems will never talk about Selenium Q. Obviously he read the name of the medicine in some books, but never bothered to know that all medicines will not be available in mother tinctures.
The open to everbody policy of this forum makes it easy for every one to pose as a prescriber, and there is no way to verify the credentials of the prescribers.
They are not realising that by giving such loose prescriptions, which will never work, they are making the patients to doubt the efficacy of homeopathy itself.
The only way to make patients not to fall for these prescriptions is to intervene frequently, when we know the prescription is useless/dangerous.

aurum muriatium natronatum -6 8 tabs thrice daily and fraxican american q 10 drops in a two table spoon of water twice daily you have to use it for atleast three months
