hi,
the patient is taking staphysgyria as mentioned above.
Following were the observations this weekend.
As far as perspiration is concerned as told due to heavy winter the same is not seen. It is very difficult to say whether the same can be attributed to medicine effect or natural course. But as far the emotional behaviour is concerned , it is more or less the same. The patient had outbursts this week upon her husband for an annoying remark. She feels apathetic , that such her life has gone and she has no avenues to hit back. The resentment of all this yrs is very strong and her son said, if anyone tells her to forgive and forget she just blows out. She is having meaninglessness in life.
She keeps crying that nothing can be done now.And what is left is counting her days.

quite difficult to say on mental platform.
The son says overall on most days calm. But the moment some past thought comes in mind then reiterating the whole history and then cursing , crying.
When her husband comes home, then she outbursts almost continuously like a tape record. Other people at home simply cant even sit. The children are mum as they can understand that the pain of 30 yrs would definitely be coming out always and all they have to do is bear their lives whatever way it is going.
The perspiration as i had written in previous posts , that initially at begin of winter also this lady required additional fanning. Then as now winter has progressed more she is with normal fans.
So overall the son says that when days are calm she may be calm say slightly but almost everyday some topic of her past is raised and she keeps on lamenting. He also thinks that when other times she is alone say on the bed etc, she is brooding and not disclosing things out. The son himself is quite tense and sad. At times he says he thinks nothing can happen in his house, something sort of say hopeless or say only some wonder can happen.
So until winter goes it will be quite difficult to give a exact judgement of the perspiration. Besides there are many days when she goes sleepless till late nights. When asked reason she replies sleep doesnt comes thats it, even though she was not thinking anything. She is also having incontinence. One thing he told that when she is worrying at night, at that time she has to get up for urine many times.
He also said that the environment sometimes gets so sucking that he gets out of house at times, previously he had quarrels once or twice. This lady drags the other kids at times.
So this is what overall summary till date.
