dear dr.Haran, AOA,
Pleas try first
HYDROCOTYLE-Q
for a month or so if no success then see
ARSENICUM SULPHURATUM FLAVUM-3x
Hopefully the first one will benefit the patient.

Try to find out the dominant miasm. You may look into the history of the parents.
The treatment with Ars.sulph. flav. is found useful for many cases coupled with the proper anti miasmatic medicine.

First find the cause of Leucoderma. It is of various types
Like -
1. White skin in scrufula
2. Whie skin accompanied by ovarian dropsy. Infantile derangement. Having surrounding redness.
3. When the skin is milky.
4. Whie skin with red patches. etc. etc.
Differnet remedy works on different type of Leucoderma.
I do not which type of Leucoderma my friend is trying. - Except giving a general remedy and that too withiout removing the root cause first.
It is only a computer based knowledge that is hitting this Forum more then real identification of the cause of the problem.
Treating the cause and the sympton - both are essential to the treatment for not only subsiding the symptom but to avoid repeatation of the ailment.
I would suggesty the patient to inform the type of Leucoderma.
Attach Photo is possible or else describe the patient's overall physical condition- i.e. Height, age, weight, body built, complexion.

Dear Rajendra
There is no computer based knowledge involved/required to suggest to look into the dominant miasm. :-)
Problems of this nature are rarely cured with specifics alone. I have seen wonderful cures when these specifics are used along with the indicated antimiasmatic medicine.

Dear Haran
It takes a long time for vitiligo to respond. Some times upwards of six months.
Is the vitiligo a confirmed diagnosis?
