Flickering eye

I have been experiencing flickering nerve movements on my right eye. For a while I thought it would just go away after resting my eyes from computer work and got more sleep each day. But that did not help at all. I feel that it has gotten worst. It is becomes very uncomfortable and I feel even more tired at the end of the day because of enduring this unrest on the eye. What can you suggest I take so I can have my eyes back to normal. Thank you.

you try to use cucomber slice put on your both eye and relax for 10 minute and also put in your eye rose water or moisturiser drops from chemist,OK
