When was the surgery performed?
Most probably it is the effect of anasthesia, which should wear off in a few days on its own.
If the surgery was performed long back, more details are required.

Damages done by the surgery are difficult to cure.
It is not a natural diseases.
Unless the cause is removed, prescription on symptomatology alone will fail.
It is better to consult the concerned surgeon first,he is the person who can tell you the reason and the possibility of cure or not.
