Where to Begin? HCV/P.C.O.S./Gallbladder

Hi, I am a 36 year old female. I have HCV since I was 15 years old. I had a gangreen gallbladder removed in 1999 (pigment stones), and I also have P.C.O.S. Fatty Liver.
Over this last year I have had: constant, bloody-mucous diar., appetite gone down,(weight loss) very tired and a contaant nawing in my liver region. (not pain, just?) I can feel it when I move or lay a certain way, like something growing. I have had a clear colonoscopy, but am treated for my symptoms. I take: Metformin HCL 500mg 3x's per day (P.C.O.S.), and Cholestyramine pms 1pkt per day (to bind bile salts), and Domperidone 10mg 6 x's per day.

I can only go up from here>?
Thankyou
Elizabeth

OK. Some of these symptoms may be due to medicines you are already taking. If allowed to continue medicines;because important to your health, then must be worked around, while using homoeopathic remedies.
need your full case history to access properly.Post all information ;statring back at gallbladder removal;noting anything that may seem unrelated and things that make you feel better (anything),feel worse, food cravings-aversions-hates-loves-pains anywhere?when?...Just write your story. Iwill ask clarification where I observe to.
Metformin HCL 500mg 3x's per day (P.C.O.S.), and Cholestyramine pms 1pkt per day (to bind bile salts), and Domperidone 10mg 6 x's per day. Explain why each above you take (thoroughly)

OK?

the metformin causes TERRIBLE gastro side effects for most people until your body adjusts.. although some people just cannot adjust to it. Ask your doctor to switch you to Metformin XR the extended release.. it does not have the same effect. You should only have to take it one time a day.
PCOS is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.. the leading cause of Infertility in Women.. do you also stuggle with irregular periods.. hair loss, and hair where you don't want it?

I suggest you find a good endocrinologist!!
Good Luck!

Hi, I am 27 years old I too had my gallbladder removed and 4 years later diagnosed with pcos. I was told yesterday by a well know endo that my gallbladder was a result of the pcos. I too have some of the same symptoms. I am only on bc and librax for ibs. find a good endo. What is your appetite like?

I also have had my gallbladder removed and am looking at a PCOS diagnosis. Can you please give more information on the connection between the two that you got from your endo?
