problem of looking aged

hi.iam 31 years old.my problem is that i looks older then my real age.like 8 to ten years old.i use to masterbate from early age and i believe that this because of it.i use to get tence alot.my hairs are falling and becoming white and also hairs in my beard and on hand are turning white.i need some good medicine to atleast stop this process if not turn it round.i hope some advise will come in this forum
