cure for crvical spondalosis

Sir The following is my history
1. i am 54 years old
2. i was chronic bronchtis patient but now no problems
3.iwas operated for gall bladder stones and gall bladder is removed 3 years back
4.i suffered from asthma for over 15 years and since 4 years i am relieved
5.i am a acidity patient and i have reflux problem
6. imy acidity is aggravated whenever there is mental tension or when ever there are irregular food habbits
7.my stomach is felt as if it is always full
8. i was told that when i was 4 years old i suffered from liver problem
9.i have constipation and hence i use purgatives now and then
10. tempermentally i am sensitive and for small problems i take very seriously
11. i have no problems at my house and we are settled
12. i have no bp or sugar problem
13. my mother was sugar and bp patient
PRESENT PROBLEM

1)from 1993 i have neck pain and doctors prescribed i as cervical spondalosis
2)i have constant pain in my neck and rarely it radiates to my limbs
3)earlier i was not having reeling sensation
4)pain is more towards right
5)always back of haead above my neck is ss felt as stiff
6)on 10.11.2004 when i was getting up from my bed there was reeling sensation first time i could not get up
7)at present when ever i get up from my bed or from sitting position i am getting reeling
8)pain in my neck is constant

MRI was taken recently , the findings are as follows

1)cervical spondalosis
2)left para central disc protrusion at c3-c4 with indentation over thecal sac causing narrowing of left neural foreamen
3)disc bulges at c4-c5,c5-c6,c6-c7 with indentation over thecal sac.

medicines used.
1)c.f 6,cp 6,np6 daily three times homeopathic remedy
2)i was using doses og gels200,conium200,bryonia200,hypericum200,
3)i was also given spigelia200
at present on 13.11.2004 i was given a dose of cocculus 30

these were all given by registered homeopath.
i have no relief.
i have pain in neck and still i have reeling sensation and i feel that i will fall
