Adrenal Cortex
I have been extremely stressed and fatigued to the point that I have become dehydrated and suffering adrenal exhaustion.I already have the remedy Adrenal Cortex 6C but would like to know how to use it. I would appreciate any advice as my nervous system keeps jumping around espcialy as I try to rest
