Lost belief from self and life

I have lost all powers from masturbation.All my body muscles have wasted.My penis is 2 inches numb rubber piece with no sensation.It has no girth.It is just likea few wider than a matchstick.I have lost all sex power and urge.Severe pain in neck.Double vision in eyes.Tingling sensation in body and numbness.Sensory organs are losing powers.Very aneamic.Blood is like water.No semen.Always dizzy but no deep sleep when lie in bed for sleep.Mind very weak.I am living but with no life.
