Some men's problem

Hi,

I'll not disclose my real age, I'll just say I'm between 20 and 30.
My test. and other androgen levels are normal although testosterone might be higher. The mainly problem is, that I have very thin soft facial hair. If I shave them, they grow back very slowly and thei're not becoming thicker & longer (so I can't grow a beard). Don't know, if higher test levels will boost my facial&body hair growth or I only need something for my body's maturation. So question is: normaly high testosterone levels will solve this problem or maturation's promotion? Please also say concrete homeophatic medications what can be used to rise testosterone or promote maturation. Dosages, etc. not needed, because I'll consult with my physician anyway

Thank's. But, please say how does this stuff exactly work in the body. Does it rise something or do something else?
