Ringing in L ear

I had ringing in one ear for a few hours then a few weeks later it started ringing constantly and never stopped. I've tried the ENT Dr's and no help. Can anyone please suggest some remedies, the ringing is difficult at night. DUring the day the noise masks out the ringing. please help in distress....

as an acupuncture physician i can tell you that ringing in one ear usually signals cervical issues. i have great success combining acupuncture and herbs in combination with chiropractic treatments to adjust the neck.

Thanks for the replies. I tried putting coconut oil drops in my ears a few times and the sound reduced dramatically. The noise is very low and tolerable at this point but I will try the remedies you suggest to get rid of the sound entirely.

putting oil inside ear and disappearance of Ringing may suggest excessive ear wax in the ear causing the ringing.

Use swabs to clean your ear after two three days of cococnut oil treatment and see if the noise is reduced.

The coconut oil helps the ringing but it is not totally gone. If for instance I get woken up by a phone the ringing will start again, it's tolerable but there. I would like to eliminate the ringing all together. As far as my blood pressure it tends to be on the low side... Bet 85-120 over 70-80...
