anxiety

Hello, I'm suffering from anxiety since I'm 12. I'm 36 now, and from all the doctors I saw they never could do something about it, except giving me anti-depressant but it doesn't really help. I take Celexa since 6 years, have tried recently Effexor and Zoloft but it's not helping and I have side effects. My problem is that when I'm outside and with people around me, it makes me very anxious and I feel very uncomfortable, I don't know why. I lack of confidence too, and I'm shy. I don't know if you can help me with that. When I'm at home alone it is when I feel better. Thanks

Thank you for your response. Do you suggest Pulsatilla Nuttaliana or Pulsatilla Nigricans?
