A lump in testicle

Dear Experts,

I am 37 years old male. I’ve been feeling a small lump (of pea size) in my right testicle for the last one month. The lump is not painful all the time but if I press it I feel pain. Due to this I feel pain in the chord going towards urine bladder. Moreover I am having some uncomfortable feelings (burning urine) in my bladder and don’t feel comfortable until urine is passed, which is probably a symptom of ‘urinary tract infection’. Urine need to be passed frequently.

I have not visited any urologist sine I don’t believe too much in allopathic way of treatment, the only option they would suggest is ‘surgery’ which I would avoid in all cases.

Is it ‘Epididymal cyst’ or something else? Can someone suggest me a suitable remedy for this problem? With my little knowledge of homeopathic I think to start with Calc. Flour? Some one else has prescribed me Silicia for this problem. Please advise.

Thanks,
