Hi,I am abnormally afraid of public places, social functions or parties, open places which makes my social life hell. All the bad things suddenly started while i am in public places , parties , my heart bit goes up, sweat comes on face and hand, head start trembling i feel as if i have no control on my head and whole body.
Can anyone help me with proper remedy.
