Sex problem
Dear sir,I am married. I used to masturbate early. But I left it three years ago. And I got married two years ago. i took many medicines and cure. but my problem is that I can intercourse only once I try to do again but no erection. My wife wants two time but I am not able for two times.I can intercourse one time successfully. Please help me .

I am of the opinion that you both are normal you do not need any medicine, however you need some adjustment while performing intercourse.
I would suggest you that before performing intercourse you should keep yourself relaxed and simulate your spous orally and when she get ready then start intercourse with pleasure I think you will found this okay. Performing once,twice or thrice is not important but the importance is statisfaction of each other. Wish you the best.

I am in complete agreement with Dr. Mahfoozurrehman as both are normal, but i would suggest some weight lifting exercises (if no contraindication for this), drinking of at 400 ml of milk daily with good amount of ginger in it (skimmed milk if you are overweight), and go through sex education sites or books and if you wants homoeopathic help then post detail history.
