Yes, but society is yet to fully appreciate the greatness of Homeopathy. Till then Allopathy doctors command repect.

Comparison between 2 systems won't be wise. Both have their own place. Qualitatively homeopathy can take a patient towards cure while allopathy places emphasis on immediate relief.
Some subjects dealing with anatomy, pathology, physiology, surgery will be same for both courses bhms and mbbs. Principal subjects will be different.
BHMS course doesn't have that much recognition in other advanced countries like MBBS do. Though its legally on par with MBBS, it doesn't have the same status in society for multitude of reasons.
