Fever, please help for 3 Year old daughter

Feet cold, top of head hot; cold urging the day, burning hot at night.

Looks like a classic sulphur remedy but need expert advice.

Yes, tried it but it did not help. Finally, had to go to the nursing home and paid a hefty bill.
