Real problem with "White" noise ...
Hi,Most of my life I'v had a problem with White noise.
Noise generated by motors, electrical or others.
Drives me mad. I can't cope with the noise and can hear it miles off.
In fact I feel it more than hear it.
Also fluorescent lights have a similar effect.
Recently, I noticed if I put my fingers in my ears when I was near this energy that I suddenly started to exhale and relax after being tensed up from this vibrational interference.
Any pointers ?
