This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Coffee can cause a obstcle in the progress espically in such kind of treatment i.e. chronic and one being single medicine and minimum dose you are following. Actually,any stimuli in any form can cause a obstcle in the progress and the progress can be restarted or regress variying in case to case. Another thing, you should notice that what are now aggravting cause for your as now you are in rather stable condition and thinks that travel may aggrvates this and if it happens then the first cause is anxiety and second is travel (exertion, prolonged sitting, change in drinking water and eaten food, change in weather and climate condition)and Nux Vomica certainly help somewhat but any other medicine might have great result.
I gone through your case once again and want to know what you do and how do you staisfy yourself in life. Positive thinking and some positive work which calm down your mind would be also a great beneifit for you.

In your question ' What i do and how i satisfy myself in life', the answer is not so positive, and i began to believe that is a melancholic or prodepression period from me.
Am a nutritionist in Greece, and since 4 months a am unemployed, because of the closing of the health center i worked.So i feel insecure now, my selfconfidence is lower compared with the period i worked (7 years).I like working very mch, this calms me, and i fell great when i help people.Through the period i am without job i gain weight, i find food as an enjoyment.Now the only satisfaction that i have is internet, listening to clasical music which calms me and allows me to express my feelings, and travelling by airoplane , i feel free of anything.Or walking bymyself in the shops .
Another thing which i missed a lot is the clean water of the sea.I am from an island, so i live in a bigh town now, the sea is far away and my boyfriend doesn t drive.
Me and my boyfriend dont do anything at all, he likes staying at home, so i dont want others do things that enjoy me.
The major thing about myself is that i am totally different inside from what others see.They believe that i am very strong(i want them to believe so), i am very funny with my friends( i feel so), i try to help them and listen to them.Inside me i am very easily 'wounded', i never cry in front of others (exept from my boyfriend), i give many in my relationship, and i dont want others to insist on their advise, ex mother, father.
Tomorrow I m going to travel from greece to austria with my boyfriend and stay there 10 days.I really hope, that these things might helped you.

Dr Rakesh Km Lko i return to Greece, and i would like to inform you that i had 2 crisis of colic pains in my trip, which i succesfully handled with, walking in cold dry weather, which was very good for my mood, and calmed a lot.I don t have this fine weather in Greece, gos the temperature is very high, with hymidity which annoys me very much.

I had a really great trip.
First crisis : On 13 th of August , the second day of my vacation.Probable cause :new place?
Second crisis : On 17th, probable cause :on 16th weather was really very cold, so next day my stomach was like i was 6 months pregnant, and then i had a colic.
During all these 9 days, i couldn;t sleep more than 5 hours, and when i was waking up i felt sleepy, but with energy.
No i dont feel that i need another dose, i feel calm and full of energy now.The only thing that really annoys me and gets me angry is the heat of 38 degrees in Greece.I really suffer.

I can understand your situation related to atomosphere temperature, but we cannot do much regarding this. Do you feel quite uncomfortable in compare to others regarding hot weather.

Fistly I would like to make clear that The lady, that had elevated level of chol,is not my mother but my boyfriend;s sister.So there is no relativity with this.
I feel uncomfortable in this kind of heat,seem like Afrian heat because, there is no wind, and when it appeas is like when opening the oven.
At present I am not taking any medicines, neither classic, nor homeopathic.Very important, i noticed from the day i went on vacation since i came back, that i had no discharge on sexual intercource, no burning, no itcing after.
Medicines :Only when i have my updomen enlarged, and full of gas, i take 10 mg of spasmolytic medicine called duspatalin, with my boyfriend advice who is a doctor of classic medicine(but fortunatelly, his beliefs are more close to homeopathy, He had tried homeopathy for his back in the past, with excellent results).
I dont know if these details are important for you.

With Homeopaths in Greece: First time :13/6/07 lyc 1M for 20 days( side effects from the 3rd day, nightsmares, severe back pain lasted for 4 days, relief when taking aspirin(acetylosalicilic acid)then Carcinosin 1M for 20 days(red spots in the right side of ovary for 1 week, itching ).Then the doct stopped it and gave me again lyc 1M.

5/2/08 : sepia 200c for 1 week.NO vaginal itching, in the beggining,then came back
In Greece
9/1/08 Lachesis 1M*10 days, and 6x for 30 days (one every day)
.I didnt noticed anything bad or good.
8/2 Thuja 10 M* 20 days, spots like acne in my forehead that lasts since now, no mood for sex.I felted that it was too high dose for my organism.
If i compare all those medicines that i have taken, now, i feel more strong and calm , feelling that i have power.From 12 of August Since now,there is no constipation, my vaginal condition is very good, my sexual mood increased (it was always in normal levels to increased ).The ony thing that really makes me anxious is the increasing progress of the cyst, gos i dont want to have another laparoscopy, so i have to make every 4 months ultrasounds in order to check the size.And this is a phycological test and stress for me.
I dont know if i helped you with my answers.I really appreciate your help and your interst, you know doctos in Greece, in your speciality dont think the way you do,they give very high doses, a paradox if you consider the Greek and well known homeopathic doctor G.Vithoulkas.

I reviewed your posts once again today to find out for any mistaken fact or incoherrent statement and it seems okay.
You are very compliant to treatment and homoeopathy demands this mainly in chronic case.
You have multiple chronic problems including endometerosis, spastic colitis, candidia infection, and elevated blood sugar your health status is really concerning. while endometerosis and spastic colitis are such disease which etiology and contributing factor are not yet fully understood but candidia infection and blood sugar can be controlled and you have to do this by diet and hygiene measures.
I also think that me too have some serious work on you

Dr Rakesh Km Lko thank you for your opinion and your detailed review of my multiple condition..I would like to inform you that my blood sugar is at normal levels since Easter.I lost weight, and i had a low glycaemic index diet, so my levels are really normal.
As for candida, my gynecologist told me that my hygiene is very good (maybe i am more hypochondriac than others), i have many lactobacillus friendly bacteria and by microscopic view, i have 'seeds' in low level,so doctor suggested that we should eliminated them, by giving medicines.(4 months ago).He believes that burning during sexual intercourse is not because of pathological reason, but for stressed and not relaxed 'vartholenum glances'.
Now , fortunately, i dont have any symptoms, since 1 month.
I know that my case is not simple, is more complicated, and because of my character i am not simple, by the meaning that i cannot be treated easily.

Dr Rakesh Km Lko i am happy to inform you about my progress.My vagina condition is excellent since last 1,5 month , my spastic colitis is elinimated and i generally feel good, full of confidence.But one new problem is worder.I had very small pimples in my forehead s'thing like acne, but now big painfulred pimples appeared in my cheeks and forehead .Every day (especially at night) new one appear.I dont want to use antibiotics, so can you please advise me of any homeopathic medicine to take?I have a congress in 4 days and i look like really ugly with these pimples.

Please try to find out the cause of these problems which may be dietry changes, bowel movements changes, menstrual changes,enviromental changes, and of course stress.
Please mention the date of its first occurance and try to find that there were any changes in life around these days.
Meanwhile, You should take Sulphur 30C only three dose at 10 minute interval in morning and report in three week
