symptom:my back have got acnes which i started getting from the last 2 years.they never pause to exist.Recently one particular acne has grown which ejects a white mass with foul smell constantly on hard pressing(this particular acne is bigger than the other ones andstayed for the last 8 months).i have no acne or pimples in any other part of the body.my appetite,thirst are normal with no health related problems.sweating is normal.but my back skin is bit oily.kindly advise me with some excellent homeopathic remedial medicine which would yield guaranteed fruitful results
