Follow-up to Dr.Rishimba
Hi doctor, I have been taking Sepia 30c daily morning empty stomuch for 10 days for abdominal bloating.So far ther is no change.
Dr.Mahfoozurrehman replied
'If dr. rishimba agrees then Fucus Ves-q ( 5 drops after meal thrice a day) along wiith sepia would help the patient.'
Can I follow that?

My earlier case is 'Abdominalbloating' and it follws likke this:
I am suffering from abdominal bloating problem.I used Carboveg 200c weekly one day 2 times for 2 months.No use. I saw a similar case in the forum and the remedy for that I saw is Lycopodium, so I am trying this for the past 2 weeks but no change so far.Does it take more than 2 weeks to affect a medicine?

please describe the sensation.
does the gas go upwards or downwards.
do you get some relief after release of the gas.
do you have any other concurrent symptoms like heartburn, irritability etc.

Hi Rishimba, first of all thank you so much for your reply. I am suffering with this from past 3 years. I tried english medicine.No use.Gas always move down wards, never upwards.No heartburn,irritability. I have constipation also.I take fiber that aggravates the bloating.Little relief after passing gas.But the gas comes continuously with very less gap.Raw vegetables, apple, fruits other than banana,any kind of beans,cabbage,masala foods,milk,coffee make the condition severe. I can not sleep properly on the night if I eat raw vegetables or partilly cooked veg even in small quantity, because my stomuch will be full of gas.
I am 128 lbs weight, 5'3' height woman of 28 yrs old.
I have a daughter 4 yrs old.
Because of this problem I am not doing any job.I live in US.So I have right now Carboveg 200, Lycopodium 200,NuxVomica 200,
Antimcrud 200 with me.

please stop all other remedies.
please take one dose of SEPIA 30C everyday in the morning for some days till you see a change in your digestive system.
stop the remedy once you see a change in your symptoms.
report after 10 days. but if you see any additional symptoms coming up in between, you can report asap.

we will take the full case but before that i would like you to take CHINA 30C three times a day for some 2 to 3 days and note any change.
if you get some change in 3 days, you can take it once daily in the morning for a few more days till the problem is fully cured.
if no response in 7 days, please come back.

Hi doctor,
I took China 30c 3 times a day for 3 days.Still no change.I am very depressed and sad because nothings working. Carboveg, Lycopodium, Sepia, China.

please take CARBOVEG 30C three times a day for some 7 to 10 days till there is a change noticed in the flatulance.
i understand you have been taking carboveg but i reckon you take it in the 30c potency as i have suggested.

I have migraine head ache.I once used Nat-mur 200c for 4 months daily 2 times a day.During the period I was taking Natmur my head ache got reduced significantly. So my question is can I again take natmur 200? And can I take 200c for a long period? Instead of 200c should I take 30c after my bloating is controlled?
I also have hypothyroidism. When I took natmur my TSH level is also controlled.
My relative is coming from India. So if you give the medicine list I can get them.

it seems to me that you are taking higher potencies than what is indicated and in very frequent doses.
you should always limit the frequency of high potency remedies. only 6c to 30c may be repeated on a daily basis if required under such ailments.

first of all you will have proving symptoms if you take such high potency doses for such ong times.
thats not homeopathy.
secondly, once your body gets used to high potencies, then any low potency remedy will not work in you.
its something like, you will get immuned in the negetive way and then only very high potency remedies may work, if at all.
i would never imagin a reputed homeopathic doctor would ever prescribe like that !!

please stop the remedy for now and just control your diet.
dont take any oily and spicy food for some days and let your stomach regularise itself.
if you dont get 100% treated in the next 10 days, please come back and we will see what to be done.

if carboveg 30 is not working anymore, it will not work even if you take it for long.
a higher potency remedy will creat a deeper stimulus which might help to bring out a cure.
please take one dose of 200c and note for 2 days.report your condition. if the symptoms get a little better, please continue it once in two or three days.
