Storing homeopathic medicine

Hi, I've recently was prescribed with some homeopathic pellets; they were stored in a little paper bag and after a few days some pellets have swollen and become translucent while others even cracked and split in numerous piecies. Is the medicine still effective and could it be caused by temperature/humidity?
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If they are exposed to high temperatures they will be ineffective.

Procure fresh stock.
