For Dr. Mahfoozurrehman, Please Help

Dr Mahfoozurrehman,

I am 37 years old male. I’ve been feeling a small lump (of pea size) in my right testicle at the point where it is connected with the tube (probably called spermatic cord). It is present for the last few months. The lump is not painful all the time but gives pain if it is touched/pressed. Due to this I feel pain in tube(spermatic cord) going towards urine bladder. Moreover sometimes I have some uncomfortable feelings in my bladder.

I have not visited any urologist since I don’t believe too much in allopathic way of treatment, the only option they would suggest is ‘surgery’ which I would like to avoid this.

Is it ‘Epididymal cyst’ or something else? Can you please suggest me a suitable remedy for this problem? Someone has advised a few doses of CLEMATIS ERECTA 200? Please advise.

Thanks,
