Mulitple Throat problem

Dear Mentors(I am a silent student of homeopathy),

Well I am very very amatuer but still thus I am not advising and remedies my self, I want your support. I have a friend who I have asked as many basic questions as I could and I will write down most of them .

Present Problem is

Lungs weak due to smoking.
cough in dust , cough alternating either in day or night but once .

First cough feels it has some secretion then it becomes dry hard to spit out

Does not like heat, likes cold weather,

sweats in AC but likes it, most sweat in the neck region.

Calf ankles and finger muscles cramps

Constriction feeling in throat

patient feels the secretion in the throat is very smelly and dirty. the secretion is white but earlier it was black.

Very thirsty

Mind state is not negetive, but has short temper, and gets irritated quickly

some times after cough , loss of vision, unconciousness.

Aggrevates

Ice cream, ice chilled things,

Soathers.

oily things which lubricate the throat.

Patient has very bitter taste in mouth in the morning, tounge completely covered with white layer, but a strip of red skin color tounge in the center.

Oh and yes. Patient loves sweet..

Does not like seaside a lot

when ill, gets very hungry


History:

when he was young he had 2 problems. first a ball his at the back of his head on the right side, he was seriously injured, after that pus comes from his ear, this problem has never gone,

second, he haid this migrane stretching from his forehead to left ear only one side, one quarter of his skill, this problem came with the sun, pain started at sunrise and went by sunset.

patient also sensitive to smells and fumes.

Please help him. I will frequent post many cases of people around me, I wish all u doctors, be my teachers and mentors, and please help me in learning the thought process now. like in this patient on what symptoms will the remedy be based and please teach me how you arrived at the remedy.
