The ABC Homeopathy Forum

sudden increase in girth

hi,
i 'am a 27 year old. Have come to thi forum with multiple problems, here is anoter try !

So, I 'am a tall and huge frame guy who used to weigh 220 pounds just 4 months ago. This is when i started driving car and my walking became minimum. I 'am usually very diet conscious but even a little bit of sugar or dairy product increses my weight exponentially. This is exactly what happened. I was carrying an ACL tear and after having tried all the fultile anti-inflamatories as suggested on this forum, I decided to strengthen my joints by getting just some sugar and milk. I have now gone upto 260 pounds and my waist has gone up by 3 inches. As such the weight gain is not in fats because i had alwys been conscious not to consume fatty products.
I have recently started taking the all 12 combination bioplasma schussler's salts. But I feel very sleepy after taking them. I actually want to walk and exercise and get down my weight but my breathing say for climbing stairs and my hugely distended abdomen prohibits me to muster that energy to get it going at a continuous basis. Also, when I try to like strtch my legs, one or the other nerve gets pulled and stays pulled unlesss I undo the relaxing in opposite direction. My chest and stomach musles feel starin as their loosening has to bear the weight of the distended part. I really want to get out of this mess. Any ideas ?!?!?1

Oh yeah...when i like yawn, some thing watery flows out from the side of my eyes and when i close eyes, i feel the sound of air thats been stoppped behind the ear drum. I sometimes yield out a moan when resting on my belly and jerk my legs in sleep sometimes out of the feeling of falling on the ground about my back. I have this hollowness in my breathing and cant cimb stairs at all....at one point of time (in recent past), i used to dance vigorously for an hour without even feeling tired :(
