Hi I have Polycystic Kidney. Serum creat is 3+ and Ser Pot is 6+. Need some remedy1. To reverse the cyst progression
2. immediately to reduce my Potassium level.

Which type of polycystic kidney disease do you have?. There are two forms of PKD i.e. Autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease (ARPKD) also known as as infantile polycystic kidney disease and autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), also known as adult polycystic kidney disease. If you have ADPKD, then you should have CT scan of your head to rule out any berry aneurysm there which is a dangerous condition.
With respects to get a homoeopathic treatment, we homeopaths needs rather much personnel information about you and your disease as you have rather no or few symptoms then you should describe your detail history, thinking, thoughts, bowel habits, eating habits, daily routine, likes, dislikes, thirst, thermal reaction to atmosphere, etc.

Dr. Rakesh, These are few things I was able to think and write down. Let me know if you need any specific information.
The ADPKD disease was detected at the age of about 30. Before that it was not there. No one ever in my whole family with best of everyone's memory and knowledge had this kind of disease. infact any kidney disease.
15. Height : 171 weight : 63
Feel very lethargic and sleepy most of the day. but usually increases a lot post lunch. Due to lethargic feeling and cloudy mind I have to think and concentrate hard to work.
Mild heart palpation, like it makes me feel that something is present and moving.
Feels mild chilly most of the day., when for normal people to normal to hot.
Sometimes feels feverish.
Like chilly and salty food, but sometimes crave to have sweet.
Introvert by nature. Short tempered and sometimes little negative/offensive thinking.
Normal hunger and bowel.
Frothy urine.
Not much thirsty. want to drink tea (not any other hot drinks) a lot. but sometimes crave for cold drinks too.
Like to sit tight with body and legs cramped together, in a position like baby in womb (of course not upside down). This is due to feeling chilly and this keeps me warm..
Feel flushing on face.
Swollen both ankles. Extreme itching in them and I keep on scratching. Sometimes they bleed.
Lower back pain both sides, like something protruding something stone like is bulging out.
I sleep on my stomach with left side face down.

I am aged 59. 6 months back I came to know, that my CREATANIN is 3.8,. Doctor suggested me to reduce my B.P. and Sugar level and bring it in control. I started and now both my sugar and BP is with in close limit. But my CREATANIN is still at 3.4, as tested 1 week back. Also my Uric acid and Urea is more than normal. Na, Ka is with in limit. I am taking full control on diet. I need effective Homeopathic medicine, which can reduce my CREATANIN as well as Urea level. Please suggest, some effective medicine, if some one has come across.

It would be best to take homoeopathic treatment under your local experienced homoeopathic doctor.
As far as your posts posted in this forum suggest Phosphorus.
It is much more indicated if you have brown urine with red sediment in it. If it is not the case then you should note your urine quality, quantity, and other symptoms and post it and if it is the case then take Phosphorus 30C 2-3 drops direct on tongue three times at 10 minute interval and check your serum creatinine and serum pot before taking the dose and then after 15 days, no extra dose is needed to be taken and take recekerg medicine if posible
