External or Blind hemorrhoid or what ????

I have been suffering from external hemorrhoids since 6 months and also done proctoscopy which causes me little injuries or fissures or may these are blind hemorrhoid on left anal lip that occur more rapidly after proctoscopy anyway after proctoscopy what i got i donot know but a homeo doctor recommond me to take 4 doses of nitric acid only first day and then wait for ten to twenty days my condition went worse after taking nit acid. but doc told me that's ok and bear it i beared it and then at tenth day its mircle all fissure or injuries or blind hemo. i dont know become 90% cured and after that he used aesculus on me and i become 100% ok but now the problem is that while using aesculus oneday i feel stool coming with great burning on that left anal lip then doctor recommond me to use aloe , nux, ars alb one by one but no cure then i came to know about Dr. Joe he told me to use arnica wet dose with nat phos with an antibiotic cream inside rectum he told me that these are lesions ,i took his medicine burning gone 80% but oneday i noticed that there are two rounded circle shaped hard mass or like tumors or something i cant explain occur on same left anal lip where i think i got injuries or fissures or blind hemorrhoids i got heavily shocked by checking them on my left anal lip half cm in. i become worried that these might not be dangerous sign of uncureable diseases very very afraid of dangerous disease, anyway one doc on this forum told me not to worry and use sulphur 10M one single dose wait for a month i do this but nothing help then he told me to use nitric acid 200 thrice daily for a week but nothing help to reduce these tumor or hard mass or blind pilesrather nit acid. doses increased in my body and i feel a sick lot but thank God that a homeo doc here told me antidote and i become normal but after antidote there occur s pain around these hard mass things not in them remember it there is still not pain in them but around the skin or hip muscles.
A doctor told me here in this forum that i should meet a doctor physically not on forums request and replies.
I meet a highly qualified single remedy user homeopathic doctor and told him all about my condition + used medicines he ask me some questions and then told me that you have only one problem and that is 'THE FEAR OF DISEASE' he told me that my medicines must be thuja , caust. etc he tried thuja 1M on me after oneday i feel one that hard mass thing went away but inflammation occured at that point but the other grow more and more and then after two weeks he changed my medicine with caust. but no effect of both these medicines now and from that day and today i have problem of stool coming with great great burning+chilli with little or no pain one thing must be note that i have no bleeding from these things or from my external hemorrhoids.
I today asked him that what are these hard mass thing he told me that these are only blind hemorrhoids and nothing to worry i want to cure whole you not only hemorrhoids today as there is much burning and sharp pain he gave me ratanhia 30


Any doctor here can tell me that what are these thing are these really blind hemorrhoids and why are there is much much burning and chilli with inflammation on that anal lip with pain around that anal lip .

Please recommond me something as i am not satisfied with my doctor because it is now more that a month and still there is not even a 5% recovery??

Please help me i am very very much in tension and wants to know about those things and need a remedy quickly
