early ejaculation

Hi,

I am 48 years, the erection remains ok as far as there is no penetration. However, as it penetrates for intercourse the ejaculation occurs within few seconds. It has started after my bone broke for which the doctor gave me so much unnecessary medications such as durbolin and testosteron etc.

Any help?
