you are saying that the 'silica' was only a one day remedy only?
I didnt know that, i thought it was for the long term. Had i had known that then i would have used it for one day.
Let me know what is strong and works for panic attacks

thanks

'Please take 3 doses of Silicea 30c equally spaced for 1 single day only. '

is what I had written.

Also, I had asked you to report back in 5 days after the doses.

This will not work, if you don't report back at the required junctures.
