unable to speak suddenly

dear sir ,, i m suffering from chronc fatigue syndrome after suddent onset of viral infection, now its already 8 month i m not recoverig ,, now 2 -3 days back, after continuesly talking for 45 min ,, ,, i was not able to speak ,, its already 4-5 days that i m not able to speak , i m facig very much diffuculty , plz let known the mdicine so that atleast i can speak ,
