i dont have any problems with menses. because it was not delayed. it was like as usual. my acne is worse with lots of small small red color rash kind of thing in my face.it is spread all over. There are lots of scars.

Can you suggest Saatvi the Bio-chemic Remedies(specially calcsulph and Ferrphos in powers of 30x). I clearly see the break-outs on her face as an indication of lack of Iron and Sulphur.
You people should know, that Iron stops the erruptions (new ones) and Sulphur for preventing the existing acne to break-out. They remove the Pus from inside so that no scars are formed.
Saatvi - in order to clear-out existing scars, please use glycolic acid, apply with cotton on scar-hit areas daily night. In 30days, you will not find Scar.
Rakesh, I clearly see the treatment for her is to correct her body mechanism, instead of using topical gels etc., etc.,.
Let us prevent them forever. Let me know your suggestions on this part please...

i too think calcsulph and ferphos will help a lot. i will have to buy it because i dont have those medicines in powers of 30x. but Dr.Rakesh prescribed Berb-a Q to be applied on face. Will it not help me with removing the existing scars and clear my complexion? i found that it acts against bacterial infections and clears the complexion. my skin is very sensitive. i will be very much worried if i develop anymore aggravations for any other medicine that im going to use.beacuse to say frankly before taking puls my face was much better than this and my complexion was also great. now my skin is also tanned.i don't blame anybody here. but i just dont want to make my skin worse.

I am thinking any other medcines even suggested by Mr.Chaitanya due to you hypersensitivity.
It is not still clear about such type of reactions seen in homeopathic treatment.
I had asked Dr. Rajan Sankaran and some other respected authorities, but nothing really satisfying me.
There are mainly three types of reaction causing ggravation i.e. homoeopathic aggravation (good one, but not present in your case), disease aggravation (it occurs in advance stage of any vital disease so does not seem to be present in our case as acne are usually hormonal and enviromental and does not have an fatal effect on patietn), and third one drug aggravation (in this type the develops too many symptoms of the medications i.e. medicine causing to produce its symptoms (but up until by your posts one could not certain that that is case

can you please tell me what mecine i can use now? i have got calcsulp and ferrphos as Mr.Chaitanya told. shall i start taking it? i got berberis -a also. shall i apply it? or can i use the cell salts and berberis at the same time? if so can you tell me how many drops i should be diluting in water?

i have started taking calcsulph and ferrphos as u suggested. but here in the pharmacy they dont have 30x. i asked in so many other places. but normally they sell only in 6x potencies. so i started taking them in potencies of 6x , 3pills 4 times a day. il see if there is any change in my acne condition and then report to you.

hello doctors,
ive been looking forward for your replies for a long time.. but no one has responded... i have started taking the bio chemic remedies as you said. but still the outbreaks of pustules on my face has not stopped. i dont knw how i can stop them. i have had pimples but this condition is new to me. i have not got group of little pustules appearing suddenly on my face. i have waited for a long time,but they are just increasing. now i have been taking the cell salts for almost one week..but i have not noted any difference. but i think i should continue it to see the results. if u have any suggestions please give me.
are there any ways of getting rid of it externally..? i think the homeopathy medication i took earlier has triggered something.. that is why im getting this unavoidable pustule lesions in my face. new ones are forming everyday and leaving scars. now i have to apply some external creams when i go out to hide the condition of my skin. but i dont want to do that.
i would be glad if atleast someone responds to this thread. after seeking so many dermatologists who temporarily gave me relief , i decided to go for homeopathy treatment which i thought would do some good. still i think my present condition is a form of aggravation and it will settle down some time. can somebody explain the reason why im getting this or any ideas. ? because i think it would be helpful.. i hope somebody responds..

I think there's a little bit of stress involved here. Calm urself by saying good things entire day.
Avoid sun, heat, spices and nonveg items as much as possible for the moment.
Lastly I would advise you to go see a good and experienced homeopath at your place. It will be more helpful than self medicating. Because the homeopath can actually see your condition and you as well. Hope this helps. Take care.

i have not taken coffee yet, because now im taking the biochemic remedies. mentally im ok..sleep and energy levels are also okay...but its hard to avoid sun,because i have to go to college everyday travelling more than 1 hr to reach college.anyway i take my umbrella wherever i go. as im doing the 4th year at college i have lots of work to do..but i manage my time and sleep 7 hrs a day. i do exercises daily to reduce stress and drink plenty of water. nowadays im free of constipation also..i have reduced taking fatty foods and non-veg to a great extent. nowadays i eat lot of vegetables. but i cannot get rid of these new pustules and scars forming in my face. there was a time when i never cared about my diet, and i eat lots and lots of spicy food. but i can still remember i didnt get any severe outbreaks in my face at that time..

It seems approx. a month has passed since your last pulsatilla dose. For a brief period you may stop the tissue salts and take only one dose of pulsatilla 30c in a different way than you took before. You will take ONLY ONE dose. If you've taken 3 drops for a dose last time, this time you'll take only one or 2 drops---other things like if you have dissolved the dose in water and took last time will remain the same. Intake the reduced size of a single dose...observe for a week and then report the changes.

Dear maheeru,
i have taken the puls dose as u suggested. so far i have not seen any improvement.the same condition still remains. There is a white layer spread on my face which is like dust. small white heads are showing up everywhere.im confused if its rash or something else. skin is kind of scaly. but i'l wait for some time and see. now its almost 4 days after i took the dose.

It is a change after taking the Puls this time.
Please avoid too much medication, try hard to avoid sun, wash face more frquently, drink plenty of water, and eat citrus fruits i.e lemon, orange, etc.
Do you have any craving for any salty or sweet food now or any particular things.

this white dust/rash kind of thing did not appear in face after taking puls the second time..it was there before that.actually after two weeks of taking pulsatilla for the first time this peculiar thing started. it spread gradually in my face and now its spread everywhere and it is very very itchy..i should say during my menses this time i experienced new things. heavy dizziness, headache and things which i usually dont get. the rash was also worse during that time.. (that is before taking the second dose of puls)
this time after taking puls before 4days i have not seen any improvement so far. still the rash/dust kind of thing remains.
i dont take any medications.. i dont have any craving for any type of food at present.

im not sure whether u got the idea of how my facial skin looks now.. i explained it saying white dust/rash or something like that.. i think my skin is dry and flaky and i suspect if its a kind of eczema.. i have never come across this condition ,and thats y i dont know how to explain it clearly. after washing my face and when i see in the mirror closely i can see a white dust kind of layer in my face. that is what i told in my last post. im looking forward for your suggestions...

I can figure out what your saying. It is due to lack of washing face.
Did you wash your face with berberis acquofolium soap.
Try washing your face with lukewarm water. Splash lukewarm water for 5-6times. Then mildly wash your face with any glycerine soap(berberis acquofolium). Then splash lukewarm water another 5-6 times.
Then splash moderately cold water 5-6times.
Finally blot your face with tissue paper.
Again I would advice you to see a 'experienced homeopath' at your place. Just writing and following recommendations wouldn't help because no one can see you. Sometimes a person's physical structure and face speaks it's remedy.

im not using berberis soap as v dont have it in sri lanka. i have been using Acne Aid soap for more than one year which helps skin avoid excessive oil.

Now, It seems to me that everything happening to you is just disease aggravation nothing to do with Puls.
I would advise Take Sulphur 30C 3 dose at 10 minute interval 3-4 pills in morning. You symptoms association with menses still indicates puls, but take a few dose of Sulphur first.

Is disease aggravation caused by homeopathic remedies a good or bad sign? Whatever remedy given to antidote disease aggravation and if it starts alleviating the problem, is it curative or palliative?
