Peculiar symptom - which remedy to chose? Page 2 of 2

Yes, exactly. Wait until it dissolves completely and gives a little stir with the glass itself without using a spoon just so the remedy mix with the water.

Between 2 to 3 teaspoons will give you a good amount of water. Do not confuse with tablespoon which only 1 of it already equals 3 teaspoons.

So if you're taking this way, then the 30C dose is the one that you should most watch carefully after you take it to evaluate if the remedy was well selected or not. Give it some time to watch it, about 12 to 24hrs before going to 200C. The jump from 200C to 1M could be a shorter time.

I bought Aconitum Napellus in 30C and 200C. I didn't find 1M potency at the store. I took one dose of 30C yesterday and another one today. I felt a reduction in my general anxiety level but it could be placebo. My stuttering is still the same and that's my chief complaint. What should I do next? Should I take 200C?

Yes, this is a good sign and could be either the simillimum or placebo as you mentioned. But you'll soon figure this out by watching if this improvement keeps going even beyond that gradually.

Take the 200C until tonight before at least 2 hours you go to sleep or even earlier in the evening. Then do not repeat any more doses that could spoil and delay the remedy effect. Wait at least 5 days to evaluate if this improvement keeps progressing and we can make another move from there. Keep updating with the details.
