URTICARIA!...any info will be helpful

hey. i am 18 years of age. i have been having urticaria reactions for 2 years. I don't know what are the cause of reactions but the IGE level in mah blood is very high. no doctors got any idea and mah family doctor claims it is touch urticaria. my skin is sensitive to touches and if the touch ir hard or a scratch, the skin will rise n appear to be red and hot.

I get severe breakouts of hives every once in like 2 months. and it would start by my ears getting really warm n than hives showin on my arms n than spreading everywhere. it takes about 5-6 hours for it to cool down but after a little while i will get a reaction again ...n repeated process for like 3 or 4 days. Seems liek to me as if it pilesup in the system and takes couple of days to release it all out.

Interesting thing is..whenever i get the hies reaction, i first feel mah ears get really warm n red. at times if i put on a hat n cover mah ears...it either kills the reaction a bit..or atleast calms it down.

i think body heat may be playing a part in these reactions.

but i am sick of this and just want to get rid of them. no one has ever this in my family and i just can't stand this.
