bumps on the back of tongue

4 days ago, i noticed 2-3 bumps on the back of my tongue. I can only see them if i stick my tongue out as far as i can. I haven't felt any difference in my tongue feeling, eating, drinking. everything seems to be normal except my mouth seems like dry, & thrusty. so i have to drink alots of water. but don't know what they are, never had them before.

last week i had a minor sore throght. so, i drank a mixture of apple cider vinegar (1 spoon), 2 cloves of garlic, 1 spoon of honey in a glass of water. next day, i felt better.
I've been taking 1 spoon of fish oil, black seed oil for last 4-5 months.

does anyone know what they are & recommended any homeopathy remedy.
