Still seems to be having verbal improvements, very talkative. When we started the LM4 dose every 48 hours she seemed to be more defiant, since the break of 5 days that has reduced.

Let us wait for 5 more days without any more doses, and see if things improve further.
We should let things run their course as there was an aggravation at the beginning, that tells me the improvements will carry on for a long time without any more doses.

Hi Sameer,
I am just wondering if we can go back to the LM3 that she was taking daily? She seemed to be doing so well on that, good days at school, etc. She has had a rough week at school this week, yelling out, aggressive. What do you think?

Hmm.. okay let us go back to LM3 , but I would advise giving it alternate day.
Please report after 1 dose though, so that we can adjust things if need be.

gave her the LM3 dose Wednesday night, and Thurs. she came from school with an excellent report. Skipped last night like you said. How should I proceed?

Still good reports from school, only occasional yelling when told to do something, but easily redirected. Still teeth grinding at night

There have not really been any changes since we went to the weekly dosage. The yelling out has been there for a while.
