High blood pressure, need help, worried with family history

I am 33yrs old and my doctor discovered about 6 months back that I have high blood pressure. My grandfather died of cerebral attack and my father too had his attack in his 50s. I am currently taking allopathy medicines but would like to gradually cut them out. Please help me treat myself. I live in the US so homeopathy medicines are not as easily available, but my friend is visiting India so I can ask her to bring me a stock of needed remedies.
Please ask me what all details I need to provide about my health. Thank you for reading, i truly appreciate your advice.

CRATAEGUS OXYACANTHA-Q ( 10 drops thrice a day) this will preseve you from heart attack and other heart diseases and also reduce your BP.

Along with cratageus you can try rawolfia Q,10 drops at bed time daily.This is not sufficent to cure you.Based on your total symptoms,You should take a constitutional remedy which is very important.

Thank you for writing. I forgot to add that my cholestrol is high as well. I will be getting these medicines as soon as I can.
I need to know how to choose a constitutional remedy. Please tell me how do I do it? I am worried and scared. I have 2 young boys and I want to live well for them.

Well I have been a Ptient with Hypertension and High Cholesterol levl with the mixture of following medicine and has worked very well,

Adrenalin 6
Viscum Album 6
Glonoine 6
Baryta Carb 6
Cholesterinum 6
Crataegus 6
Rauwofia 6
Strophanthus Hisp. 6

To be mixed equally in a bottle,preserve it tightly closed.
Dosage.. 20 drops with little water every 3 hours daily .. It will work..

You may also effectively try this.
