Throat problem (Phlegm)

Hi
from last two years i had throat problem (ie. phlegm comes from throat) for that i had takan alopathy medicine.but still the problem was not cure.
After taking alopathy dose it cure for a week after that it happen.

i am staying in banglore . here the climate is very cold

Pl. suggest me homoepathy medicines for that.

Give some more detail for proper selection of a remedy. your statement is insufficient to reach at a diagnosis.
prevention is better than cure.

My humble request to people risiding in Bangalore is they should cover their body with warm cloth morning and evening, even during sleep one should cover their head properly especially people who are prone to cold. a Draft of cold air will relapse your cold and bring cough.]
Avoid soft drinks, cocacola, ice cream , curd and butter if you are susceptible to cold. The temperature here is day time warm and night is cold and humid with lot of fog in the air till 8.30AM. In no season a susceptible person can tolerate all the above cold beverages and drinks. Follow strictly and be healthy with out antibiotics or else it is your body you live in your own way.
