Need help for my baby girl and myself

My 4 month old daughter is going through her 19. week growth spurt and I'm losing my mind.

She doesn't want to take naps and it takes me forever to get her to sleep. She will nap for 30-45 min max if I'm lucky.

She doesn't want to sleep at night. She seems very restless and tired but she's fighting sleep. She keeps turning he head from one side to another. She wakes up every hour, sometimes more and wants to nurse (she's not hungry just wants to fall asleep suckling). She's crying a lot for long periods and is irritable.

I don't know what I'm doing as I'm very new to homeopathy. I got chamomilla 30X but I'm not sure if that's the right thing for her. I don't know if that's too strong or not and no one in the store could help me.
I also took a mix: Aconitum Nap. 6X, Calc. Phos. 12X, Chamomilla 6X, Cina 6X, Lycopodium 6X, Nat.Mur. 6X, Pulsatilla 6X, Sulphur 6X. I'm not sure how much I should give her and if that's ok.

And since I'm already here maybe you could recommend something for me? I'm just overwhelmed with my daughter right now and my husband is deployed. I'm tired and restless and it takes me forever so relax so I can sleep. I'm very sleep deprived. I'm a nursing mommy and my milk supply seems to decrease due to all this.

I hope someone here can help me. PLEASE!

You should take lac defloratum 30c once daily dose for 7 days.Along with you can take lecithin 6c thrice daily for 15 days.You can give your child single dose of chamomilla 30c.

How long should I give her the Chamomilla 30C? Can I also give her Chamomilla 30X? The potencies are really confusing to me. A single dose would be 2-3 globuli?

chamomilla just for 1 time.2 pellets or 2 to 5 drops of chamomilla 30c in 5 to 10 ml of water=1 dose.If needed you can repeat it.your baby is crying for deficiency of milk.Pls take plenty of liquid,fruits,milk and nutricious diet for production of milk which is necessary for your baby.

She's definitely not crying because she's hungry. I have enough milk right now but if this will continue I'll lose it.

Is 30C same as 30X. Can I give her 30X? I don't have 30C on hand.
