blocked vision on few places

Dear Sir,

1- 3 weeks back when I got up with a miss patch of vision in my right eye, not in center but located near centre.
2- another one the next morning and third one, not a spot but a slash on the right side of the central area. But thanks God that my I could see things from centre.
Then it stopped growing or I did not noticed any at that time.
3- when reading, do not see words which came into those spots.
4- they also have grey color, when changing eye position but adopt the back ground color of the surace i am looking at. like white paper or red wall but with a hue of grey.
they dim out eventually to but no vision of word or any object is made into them.
5- On black color they apear and dim out then again apear and dim out and finally dim out.
6- They behave like flash when changing the vision or while blinking the eye but them dim out to be dull/no vision patches.
7- they have given another two small babies and now they are 5 totally. but blinking eye tells that there are a couple of them in perephal vision also but since being on side, they are not noticable.
8- My left eye is lazy eye by birth and I can not recognize faces with it but only a vrey blurred vision, I can not drive with my left eye so i actively use my right eye.
9- I can, not therefore, notice this change is my left eye but i think it is there too, few spots, same blinking/changing nature but on different places.
10- Got my eye examined dilated twice but told no appearent signs of catteret, gloucoma or something appreantly on retina.
11- I am diabetic for last four years couple of years controlled and couple of uncontrolled. When I developed this problem, I controlled my diabetes; which I thing i slowing it down very much but it is not recovered but growing or seemed to be growing at very slow speed. after first four days.
12- The symptom is permanent and it not releived with any change, movement, mood or any thing, it is seemed fixed.
--I am male, 35,
--no dreams
--fear appeared that i could lost my vision in the beginning but when it did not grew any further gave me my sences back with a hope of recovery, but still fears 10% of getting this problem worse.
---More curious to know at all what is this called and what is the name of this disease
---is is phsycological, or regeration is happening, or weakness of brain, or retina has some fluid developed where it can not sence the color or these re blind patches or what..
before i slept a lot but now I can not sleep when I got up in the morning once.
13- I had fears/tensions of achieving target, and worried about job contract renual, and further studies and many other things.
14- I took mental stress in a couple of previous months.
15- One very important thing, I had similar problem last year when achinving target of reporting while working on computer. Then I did not took much worry of it and treated myself with brain tonics and vitamins or aruvedic tonics for brain and could not remember exactly, but recovered in two weeks or so.
But now it is not improving. But this is true, I have taken many times worry of this condition this time.
13- Do not like sweets, want to eat spicy foods more rice.
