Yes you can take Pulsatilla just before the periods begin ...should notice a great deal of ease during the actual days.

Then wait with Lyco until periods are over.

During the periods, if you experience the headache as last time...China is the answer. China also helps to sleep better...since it relaxes the entire nerveous system.

Few days ago I tried lyco 30 C and immediately after taking the morning dose I experienced the usual gastric symptoms which I always experience after eating the fatty foods or dairy.
Any comments????

Yes..Lyco is also a remedy for gastric symptoms. After taking the dose, gas trapped in the digestive system gets released.

Over a period of time , as a result of taking Lyco...there is less and less of gas formation. (Provided Lyco is the well chosen remedy).

Does Lyco suppose to address grey hair issue as well?

For how long should I use Lyco 200C ???

Yes....Lyco is also for pre-mature greying of hair.

Take one dose of Lyco 200 ...then watch response for next 7 days as it is a long acting and deep acting med.

It has been one long month but finally I received Lyco200 and took the dose. I have taken one dose and immediately felt energy moving from other parts of body to my stomach.I felt deep relaxation for few minutes.
Please advice what should I do now?
