Prostatitus & Frequent Urination...
Hello and I trust that the guidance will assist me.My urologist indicated that I had prostatitus (my prostate is not enlarged either) along with my frequent urination. Some nights I can be up every hour or so to use the bathroom which does not permit much sleep. I drink up to one gallon or more of water and other liquids daily.
I do have a problem with erections. As in fairly flacid when trying to get excited sexually. Any relation to the above and help or cures for this?

No warts at all.

Epididymitis which preceeded this was about three or four years ago and was treated with a very strong antibiotic.

There is no pain with urination at all, I have to go almost every hour or so, pending on when I last had something to drink. At night, it can be every two to three hours and at times every hour which causes me to not get any sleep. Never a false feeling, it is the real thing with strong dribbilng if I do not insure I have fully evacuated my bladder.

I forgot to add that I have a low ejaculate measure for over two years as well. I know some of it maybe age related, yet not all of it or so I would like to believe.

I endured great pain in my testicles! I waited almost two months before seeing the urologist who diagnosed it as such. It was so painful that I could hardly get out of bed or even sit for long periods of time.

Everything before this was fine. Good erections, healthy libido, healthy ejaculations etc...

The epididmitis occured through my not being careful, as I usually had and continue now (without question now) when on a business trip.

I Am taking CiproXR 1000mg for this and have been prescibed Septra-DS 60 to take twice a day after the CiproXR runs out, which is in six days. I was also prescibed Specrazol cream for a yeast problem.
Otherwise there are no other drugs I take.
Vitamins: MegaFoods Essential One Daily, Solgar Vit. E w/Selenium, Health From The Sun Total EFA, Solgar GTF Chromium, New Chapter Prostate 5Lx, Natren's Healthy Trinity, and Vitaspray B12. Other things on the shelf which I take periodically include: DHEA, Yohimbe liquid extract, damiana liquid extract, Activated Charcoal, Siberian Ginseng Root and L-Glutimine.
Homeopathics I take ocassionally include: Arsenicum Album, Thuja, Mag. Phos., Kali Phos, Jacaranda and Lycompodum Clavatum.
Looking at this list, it would appear that either I Am very healty or very dis-eased and I wish to be the former of the two.

what signs of infection you have to acount for 4x normal cipro mg usage? symptoms?
how long you have yeast infection? what symptoms you have ?maybe occur after antibiotic treatment?
you ever married? when end?
you smoke?drink alcohol? coffee?
you see conventional dr-s treat you as pieces-
1 individual = 1 dis-ease,treat whole best

The urologist prescribed the Cipro as he indicated my condition was Prostatitus. He said I would be on it for at least three months.

I do not know how long I have had the yeast infection. Again, the doctor diagnosed it during the examination.

This is the first time I have seen any allopathic/conventional doctor in four years or so. The Urologist is pushing me to see a General Practioner/Family Doctor. I will see a homeopath if I can find one in my new home city.

cipro--you decide
take 1 dose nux-vomica 200c as described above --if give you get good response from nux-v then discontinue cipro---in this case best you do this.

no-sooner than 2-3 months--you give 1 month following directions and you see results--
-if no other medicine blockage -you see response 2-3 days if not sooner
the response is pointer
here you must post symptoms as they appear --making note whether occur before or new.
in this case open with nux-vomica-- remedy to start movement in direction of cure--you see much of this is how far YOU will to go to full cure--this goes back before thepast few years-a certain life style which you would havr to reflect has brought you to this point.

Similar problem, have developed "dry mouth" syndrome and with lack of salvia, actually none, it leaves my mouth and throat really dry, so I am taking in more fluids and it seems like Im peeing every 20 to 30 minutes whether standing at work or laying down at nite to sleep, actually it is more pronouced at nite when Im trying to sleep. So, is there herbs or drugs that well inhibit the frequent flow??? Is there any temporary remedies? I have a exam set up on March 30th, thats the earliest I can get,,,would be nice to get a good nite's rest between now (March 13th,2004) and them.....Tom
