Hello, Sameer. I took the remedy two weeks ago. At first, sleep was great. Now, it is sporadic. I sleep every second night, if I'm lucky. Also, had some anxious dreams and today was tormented with unwanted thoughts about my condition. Nothing else to report. I hope this helps you.

A few days. Maybe a week. Despite the lack of sleep and disturbed dreams since then I was feeling very good until yesterday. Feeling quite emotional for some reason...maybe it's lack of sleep or some things coming to the surface?

It's been a few weeks since I was last in touch. Just updating you on how things are right now....I got my 'dry weight' adjusted (increased) and have been sleeping incredibly well since then....clearly, there is a connection between the two. I am mentioning this because while the remedy initially helped me with sleep, it stopped working after about a week....

Generally, feeling well and wondering if there are any other steps I can take with the remedy? Thank you!

Hi, Sameer. Thank you for your response. Mostly, my physical symptoms are the fact that my creatinine levels are still high i.e. my blood work has not changed in any way to indicate improvement. I don't, nor thankfully ever have had, pain or discomfort physically. Mentally, when I am tired or have had a difficult treatment, I sometimes become tortured by unwanted thoughts of anger and resentment towards family and one particular friend who came forward as a living donor and then dropped off without explanation. I don't really want to go into that here on a public forum, but it can be difficult. And I do know nobody owes me anything...I would say the emotion is really about feeling 'disregarded'...It can be an emotional roller coaster ride at times....I hope that helps. (I do not always feel or think this way. Infrequently, in fact....but when I do, I stay with it to try and deal with it and understand any deeper feelings that may be lying dormant underneath.)

Hi, Sameer. I don't feel neglected...I think the word would be 'not a priority.' Is there a better word for that? I traveled back to my country for 5 weeks in December to get tested with my younger brother and he waited until the last 10 days to discuss the testing with me and make arrangements to do so...when the clinic was closed for the Christmas holiday and I had treatments scheduled. So, we couldn't do it. I was so angry and hurt by this at the time, I could barely talk....the rules in working with a living donor are that the recipient (me!) is not supposed to discuss the testing once the initial information has been passed on, in case it seems like I am pushing someone into getting tested. Once the initial chat has occurred, where I tell someone where to go, whom to speak with at a clinic, the rest is up to them....The friend I mentioned came forward too and after a year of what I considered procrastination, insisted again and again, he really wanted to get tested...but he still didn't. I asked him to PLEASE be clear with me (direct, not for me to assume disinterest) as it's a very emotional thing (as my life depends on this) and difficult to keep wondering if it will happen. We finally did go for the tests together and then he promised he would have the other tests completed when I got back after my trip...I was not to worry! Months went by, my phone calls and emails were ignored...and finally, a mutual friend recently told me he was not going through with it. I had to hear it from another person.

It's difficult to write all this on a public forum. I'd rather not say anymore. I might try to contact you privately instead. When I have a difficult treatment and things are not going well for me, these thoughts go through my mind....I am quite tormented by them, as I was recently. Usually, I am much more pragmatic, philosophical even, about my condition. Other times, I am not...

Yes. The feelings/mental anguish I have expressed are more focused and clear for me since starting Carcinosin. (As I mentioned before, it is not all the time...mostly when treatment does not go well and I feel particularly vulnerable to my condition and situation.)

I think clarity is always a good thing...assuming, of course, what comes up has been lying low (suppressed?) beforehand. Also, something I just remembered, when I first started the remedy, or soon after, I had some very disturbing dreams. I'm pretty sure I mentioned them at the time....

Regarding 'uplifting in spirits'....I haven't felt as uplifted as I did at that time....That was a really nice feeling when I had it.
