Yes.....he is more in a 'daze'( as in the past),there is also more stimmimg etc.So I am desperate after seeing such a major improvement ,especially after the 200C Dose.

Hi Dr Sameer,

I gave my son the 1 M dose yesterday and he is a different child since 2 hours after the dose.He is happy,conversational obidient......since the last few days we have been trying to persuade him to get a haircut and he was refusing....today he just went with his dad after just being told once......this medication works so well for him.....its just that when the effect wears off,he 'goes back' to his old stste again.

Dr Sameer,

My son is blurting out a lot especially in class( lack of impulse control?)at school.... and seems to be geting anxious really quickly....I also feel the positives are leveling off again( sigh!)...please advise!

After the last dose of Carcinosin I saw the usual improvements of more social skills,more selfawareness,better temper etc...but after 3-4 days,although the improvements stayed he was getting more anxious about minor matters...he has a fear ofbees and he absolutely refused to walk from the bus stop to home during afternoon as he experienced a panic attack about being stung by bees.Also,from the feedback from school...he is blurting out answers in the class instead of raising his hand and waiting to be called on....he is making some comments about other kids which ( As I have explained to him) should be in his 'thinking bubble',( as in comics) also he is boasting constantly about his grades to me at home( he is a straight A student)and even a bit in school.He is also getting a bit whiny.If there are more specific questions please let me know but definetly there is more 'disinhibition' of regulatory responses of appropriate behaviour( comments etc).

Dr Sameer,

My son is a bit better....the blurting behaviour has decreased.Otherwise he is doing ok in school.I do not see many temper tantrums but he is not as social as he is immediately the few days after the Carcinosin dose.I have seen that no matter what the potency,the first 2-3 days after the Carcinosin he is ( for the lack of a better description) completely'normal' and initiates and maintains conversations very appropriately.What do you advise I should do next?

Hi Dr Sameer,

Reporting back on my son....blurting out is much better,no more complains from school...he is however not where he was behaviour wise( awareness,empathy etc)as he is the couple of days after we give him any Carcinosin dose.Please advise what I should do next.

OK,I'll report back in one week....would you be leaning more towards an LM dose rather than a 10 M Dose?Would that be too high potency?

After each Carcinosin dose he is very calm,communicative and displays 'normal' conversational behaviours with sympathy etc...however a few days later he tends to blurt out in school gets a bit argumentative etc. then he reaches a plateau...right now we are in that plateau/stable phase where he is more or less where he was before we started Carcinosin.

I gave him the Carcinosin LM 3 dose as you had advised and
I see a lot ofpositive changes...more verbal,more conversational,less argumentative.It has been 2 days since the dose.
