Sprained Back
I sprained my lower back several months ago and despite much improvement from the initial injury, I am still experiencing some soreness and stiffness in my lower back/spine.I am wondering if there is a homeopathic medicine that would help my back to heal.
Since the injury, I have been using heat to treat the pain and have managed to avoid taking pain meds up to this point. I tend to be sensitive to traditional medications and prefer to stay away from them if at all possible (too many side-effects).
I feel like Ive reached a point however where not much in happening in terms of further healing, or if it is, it is happening very slowly. If there is a homeopathic medicine that might help, Id love to hear about it and how to use it. I have not taken homeopathic medicines before and I dont know anything about dosage

Does one dose mean 1 pellet?
If I understand correctly, it is one pellet of rhus tox 200C per day for seven days? Then report back to you?
Sorry, but I'm new to homeopathy.
Thanks so much for your response. :)
