Removal of skin tags

Hi there,

I was hoping I could find help here for skin tags. In the past 4 years, I have had them pop up on the left and right side of my face and especially on neck and chest. It's a bit worrying as they are still popping up. I was reading somewhere that it might be high insulin due to sugar and I must admit that I have a sweet tooth, though I have always had that from childhood so I dont know that might have changed in the last 4 years and I am 30 years old.

I would very much appreciate any help on remedies for this, to make them go away and stop new ones from emerging.
