Need help for stomach problem!

Dear doc
I wish to share a health problem I have been experiencing for the last 5-6 months now .
I am hereby putting some symptoms for the diagnosis.
Stomach tension in evening and/or during stool
Accompanied by:
Dizziness, lightheadedness (as if would fall down or faint)
Nausea in throat
Weakness/numbness in lower limbs
Anxiety
Sometimes breathlessness
High body temperature
Uneasiness
Sometimes vertigo

Relieved by:
Flatulence (rectum ONLY) which is slow, odourless and non offensive.
Laying down on back
Drinking water
Eating

Aggravated by:
Walking
Sitting
After tea/milk
A gap of 4-5 hrs after meals

Apart from this main problem ,I would also like to mention some other troubles and conditions
Which I believe would help in a better diagnosis.

Anaemia (10.5)

Tooth Cavity

Fear of crowded places. Often avoid going out. This is primarily because I have had several bad experiences when I fainted at public places and then vomited. I experienced this problem sometimes at home too. I feel a lot of uneasiness, nausea and stomach tension before I faint and feel so weak I don’t have the ability to stand up on my own. However, I am a conscious to the extent that I realize the state I am in when I faint.
Last time I fainted was when I was diagnosed with measles and had a high fever and fainted in the washroom itself. After that I have developed a fear of going out in public places and feel uneasiness in a moving car/train as well.

I have been looking for the solution for quite sometime now and I shall be highly grateful if I receive an expert advice find a good treatment for the problem. Thankyou so much. .

Dear Doc,
Yes,I do feel perfectly ok after the gas passes out of the body. The gas seems to be obstructed and only when I lay down is when I am able to pass it.

About the symptoms mentioned, here is what I feel :
---nausea,with faintness and vomiting, everytime I am having a stomach trouble or in a heated environment.

---some stomach anxiety and general anxiety experienced while sitting in a car.

---No seasickness,hiccough and yawning.

---Cold water and cold water appilcation makes feel better.

---No cramps during/after meals.recently I had taken lycopodium 30 in the afternoon and evening and at both times I had cramps which was relieved only after I had my lunch/dinner.

---normal appetite.

Awaiting your valuable advice.Thankyou.

Dr.Haran

Dear Doc,

I took Lycopodium 30 two days back.once ,around 5.30 PM in the evening and one in the afternoon around 12.00 .At both times ,the flatulence (rectum) problem was not relieved and I had cramps which was relieved only after I had taken food.Despite of all the stomach tension and anxiety I feel,I never had any pain in my stomach.

I believe lycopodium does match my symptoms to a great extent but I dint had a good experience with the remedy.Though I am not sure whether the cramps I had was because of the medicine (lycopodium) or wrong appilcation from my side. Please guide.
Thankyou .

Dear Doc,

I feel water really helps me calm down when I am emotionally or physically unwell or anxious.I have developed a habit of keepting a water bottle wth me when I go out.Though my daily water intake is not very good.

Yes,heat does affect me a lot.I feel uneasy and anxious in very warm or hot places. As I already said cold water application,or drinking cold water or being in a cold place makes me feel better and at ease.

I frequently notice my body temperature to rise, due to which it feels feverish sometimes to leading to anxiety and uneasiness.

Emotionally,I feel I have been really anxious about my health because of this stomach tension and the other health conditions I mentioned.Because of this trouble I avoid going out especially in the evening as almost anywhere I would feel sick because of the health problems I mentioned and would want to lay down and relax which is not poosible everywhere. So I can say that I frequently get negative thoughts about my health.

No doc,I dont even know this Id.

I used the homeopathic software to find the remedy by putting up my symptoms such as stomach tension, flatulence in evening.dizziness etc.

I would like to update some info .
After my lunch yesterday ,my stomach started paining.Though the pain was continuous ,it was relieved a little by eating. In the evening I took pulsatilla 30.That helped a little but the cramps were still there.Later on in a marriage function in the night I had dinner and icecream after which pain was relieved. But again when I woke up in the morning ,I felt the cramps are still there and I got constipation .

Please advice doctor ,is this some problem ??I am very tensed....

Dear Mini:

I looked at all the details and suggestions on your issues. To me, two remedies come close to my attention, one is Arsenic Alb. and the other is Causticum. I have cured many patients of similar symptoms as yours
using either of these two remedies.

I would also suggest you to look carefully on the properties of these two remedies in the internet and let me know by email (ashis718 at yahoo dot co dot in) if any one fits much closer. I will then tell you the potencies and doses.

Take care, wish you quick recovery,

Ashis

Dear Asis ,

Mini is better by cold items , hence Ars and causticum do not seem indicated
